The alignment device is designed to provide a simple mechanical adjustment process to precisely align the load train gripping to meet the strictest testing standards. Device includes pre-load mounting rod custom to your load train and load cell. The device is similar to existing devices on the market and will work well with software programs already available. All test frames and associated load trains will produce misaligned gripping consisting of both angularity and concentricity components. These two components of misalignment will produce bending in the test article. This bending will have an impact on the testing results and will produce more scatter and a lowering of the mean of the test results.

The alignment device will come with the preloading threaded rod customized to your specific load train setup.

Our alignment device will allow for the independent adjustments to reduce both angularity and concentricity misalignment in your gripping load train. This will allow our customer to meet even the most stringent alignment standards.
