Since 1993
We have been providing high temperature multi-zone control compact furnace systems to the leading materials developers and testing organizations for over 25 years. We created the original Multi-Zone 1400C Furnace System that has supported the advancement of high performance ceramic matrix composites (CMC’s) materials. The recognized advantages of the furnace design and capabilities are also being used extensively for many other conventional metals materials development and testing.
AMTECO specializes in compact multi zone high temperature furnaces, controllers, Viewports, and other associated support equipment.
Our furnaces support the development and characterization of high temperature materials including ceramic composites and aerospace metals to temperatures up to 1500°C.
Our product is designed around a split heated cavity that allows for excellent test article access. The addition of our Viewport device allows for the visual monitoring and measurement of test articles at maximum furnace temperatures.
We design and build specialty systems based on specific needs of our customers. Having introduced the first multi-zone 1400 and 1500C furnaces we have a proven track record of innovation and solid usability design.
